Subject	Front wipers stopped working, I can hear the motor still

Message	oscillating off/on (not electrical issue here); I can cycle both arms together by hand with the wiper switch off or on. Never ran into this issue before in the past 22 years of Z ownership until last night. What are the failure points? linkage? gears? I just want to be able to line up some parts before tackling the issue. Thanks,
